The content of the IMET User training/webinar will include: a short introduction to PAME and why we assess this; then outline the PAME Analysis report and outputs from IMET and how this is used for adaptive management; then outline the sections of the IMET that the stakeholders need to complete (including what kind of information is required and examples of documents that are helpful) and how the analysis of that information is done (including some useful questions to ask during this phase). The Question & Answer session a week later is intended to allow you and your stakeholders to digest the IMET training and progress with your planning – and then have an opportunity to come back with questions that you still have.
